In this video I’m showing how to crochet a lacy summer scarf using cotton yarn. This scarf is crocheted along the length of the scarf. Only basic stitches are used in this pattern, so it is suitable for beginners.

Skill level: Beginner
Materials: 2 skeins of Alize Bahar yarn (100% mercerized cotton), about 540 yards. This yarn on Amazon (affiliate link):
hook size E (3.5 mm)
Finished size: about 58 inches long, 9.5 inches wide
For my scarf I started with ch 281 (multiple of 4, plus 1)
